Jez is in Cornwall recording for a forthcoming Jake Walton CD, with David De La Haye also involved. Jez is solo at Teigenengl Festival tomoroow and at Alstonefield Village Hall on Saturday. He then moves on to Whitby Folk Week, with two days solo and then joined by The Bad Pennies on Tuesday… Jez’s new compilation CD continues to progress. Jez let slip some details at a workshop at last week’s Saltburn Festival, including a couple of very surprising and exciting ones, which we’re holding back to nearer release date… Meanwhile, it’s confirmed that The Pitmen Poets, that’s Jez, Benny Graham, Bob Fox and Billy Mitchell, will be back together for another tour in March 2013.
