The London Olympics have begun… On Monday at 10pm BBC Radio 2 has part 5 of The Ballad of The Games, on the subject of controversies, including Jez’s song STEROID JACK. Don’t forget you can hear three of Jez’s demo recordings for the series, WATCH HIM GO, BERLIN and SAD UNCLE AVERY (the last one unused in the shows) at his MY SPACE page www.myspace.com/jezloweandthebadpennies… Meanwhile, according to Jez’s Twitter page, work is galloping ahead on the forthcoming “Best of…” compilation CD, due for October release. It will focus on his best-known songs that are currently unavailable on CD, including tracks from the Fellside albums, and “some more recent bonus material”… Jez is at The Black Lion festival in babell Flintshire next weekend…
