Happy Birthday?!

Jez and The Bad Pennies are at Sidmouth Festival this week, where they’ll be doing various band and solo spots, plus the Wotcheor Summer Seaside Special (with guest Benny Graham) on Wednesday afternoon. Jez then appears as The Coachman in the all-star production of The Transports on Thursday night… The band move on to Broadstairs Folk Week next Tuesday, again with various solo spots and a band concert… A new cover version – Colm McCabe has just released a version of Jez’s BLACK DIAMONDS on his new album… Film of Jez’s recent appearance at the California World Festival, including the crowd singing Happy Birthday to Jez during his mainstage appearance, is up on You Tube. Meanwhile his appearance at Middlebury festival in Vermont is due for broadcast in its entirety on several local TV cable channels this month. Details to follow…
