News Round-up

Jez spent the first part of the week in London at the Olympic Games site, on the BBC Radio Ballads project. Meanwhile he’s already started recording demos of songs for next year’s series… The final Pitmen Poets concerts are taking place ths week, with shows at Alnwick, Hartley, Durham and Hexham. There are still a few tickets left for all these shows… Jez is recording a solo session for BBC Radio Lancashire next Monday for broadcast later in the week. He also has an interview scheduled with BBC Radio Lincolnshire on November 9th… There’s a last minute addition to the gig-list, a solo show at Aston Village Hall, Bampton, Oxfordshire on November 12th… The dates for next year’s New Zealand tour are now up on this site. Australian gigs are still being finalised.
