News Round Up for mid-May

Jez is at Chippenham Folk festival this coming weekend – his first appearance there for almost ten years. He then is joined by The Bad Pennies (featuring Becky Taylor on pipes) for Chester Folk Festival next Monday… Work is about to start on next year’s BBC Radio Ballads series. Jez and fellow-writer Julie Matthews are embarking on a special fact-finding trip with producer John Leonard next month. More details on that soon… As you will see from the gig-list page on this site, Jez and the band will be doing another set of Christmas shows this year.
