US Tour ends – UK gigs lined up

Jez’s American tour with James Keelaghan ended at Stonybrook University in New York last night, bringing a much-praised and popular set of concerts to a close. The set-list of songs from last night runs as follows – MY BLOOD RUNNING / MY SKIES / OLD BONES / I WOULD I WERE / A DREAM OF STEAM AND FREEDOM / MCCONVILLES / HALTWHISTLE WOMEN / MEDLEY:BLACK DIAMONDS – HILLCREST MINE. Set Two GATHERING STORM / THE BERGEN / HOUSE OF CARDS / JACK COMMON’S ANTHEM / COLD MISSOURI WATERS / WE’LL HUNT HIM DOWN / GLADYS RIDGE / YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO Encore – FOUR STRONG WINDS. There’s no word on any further performances by the duo, but watch this space. Jez starts a hectic round of UK gigs next week, both solo and with The Bad Pennies.
