Saw Jez live for the first time at Potteries Folk Club at Foxfield Railway last night 9th October 2015.
I have heard Jez on the radio and after his session last night I have to say he is one on the best performers I have seen for a long time. Super guitarist and singer. Excellent song writer and all this mixed with good natured humour made the last night one of the best of 2015. Highly recommended!

I heard the new song ‘Snow to Nova Scotia’ from this album played by Jez and the Bad Pennies at Hitchin last Sunday [6th September] — Excellent !!!
I am looking forward to hearing the rest of the CD.

THE LASS OF HEXHAMSHIRE
Just listened to this tribute to Judy for the first time since buying the cd last Thursday. It has me in tears – Judy had the voice of an angel and was also a lovely person who was always willing to chat at folk clubs. I remember her once joking that even she was baffled by Jez’s guitar tunings! A great tribute to her Jez, thanks very much.
